Tennova Family Medicine - Tiny Town adds Family Nurse Practitioner Debra Palka

CLARKSVILLE, TN (January 9, 2026) – Tennova Medical Group welcomes Debra Palka, certified family nurse practitioner. Debra is now accepting patients at Tennova Family Medicine, located at 2485 Tiny Town Road in Clarksville. Debra offers prevention and management of chronic conditions, well checks, sick visits and routine health screenings for patients ages 12 and up.

A native of northern Illinois, Debra first worked as a surgical technologist while raising her family. Her love of people, especially the senior population, drove her to complete her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downers Grove, Illinois. She also earned her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner at Chamberlain College. Debra worked in the Phoenix area for five years before coming to Tennessee. She has experience in hospice care, family medicine, urgent care, critical care and more. Debra’s goal is to enhance the quality of life for our community’s geriatric population. She welcomes seniors seeking a health care provider. When she is not taking care of patients, Debra and her family enjoy motocross, outdoor hikes and reading.
