Tennova Medical Group adding Patient Care Providers

Clarksville, Tennessee (August 27, 2021) – Tennova Medical Group welcomes nurse practitioners Michael Hibbs and Zachary Nix to our family medicine locations. Michael is now accepting patients at Tennova Family Medicine at 2485 Tiny Town Road in Clarksville. Zachary is now accepting patients at Tennova Family Medicine at 133 Dr. Robert H Lee Drive in Dover. Both Michael and Zachary offer prevention and management of chronic conditions, well checks, sick visits and routine health screenings for patients of all ages.
Michael Hibbs, family nurse practitioner, is joining the team at Tennova Medical Group – Tiny Town. Michael received his bachelor’s degree from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky, his master's in nursing from the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida, and his Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Massachusetts. Michael brings more than 13 years of experience as a family nurse practitioner and 14 years as a bed-side hospital nurse to Tennova Family Medicine – Tiny Town. He is certified as a family nurse practitioner from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Michael is happy to be returning to his home and serving the people of middle Tennessee and western Kentucky.
Zachary Nix, family nurse practitioner, is joining the staff at Tennova Medical Group – Dover. Zachary received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in nursing from Austin Peay State University. Zachary, a Clarksville native, is a former Tennova emergency department nurse. He enjoys hockey, kayaking, and cooking. Zachary looks forward to serving patients in the Dover and Stewart County areas.
